Yes. I offer a limited number of reduced-fee appointments based on financial need and am a member of the Open Path Collective, which provides access to affordable therapy services.
If you are paying out of pocket, you also have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of treatment before services begin.
Please contact me to discuss current availability and determine the best option for your situation.

Under the No Surprises Act, clients who are not using insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) before services begin. A Good Faith Estimate outlines the expected cost of your therapy services and helps you understand and plan for the financial cost of care.
You will receive a Good Faith Estimate before starting services and may request an updated estimate at any time if your treatment needs change.
For more information about your rights under the No Surprises Act, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

There is no one-size-fits-all answer. Some people attend therapy for a few months to work through a specific challenge, while others find value in longer-term support during different seasons of life.
Together, we'll identify your goals, monitor your progress, and determine what feels most helpful for you along the way.

Absolutely. I provide LGBTQ+ affirming therapy and strive to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and supported. As both a therapist and a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I understand the value of working with someone who approaches your experiences with affirmation, curiosity, and compassion.
I welcome clients who are exploring identity, navigating relationships, processing life transitions, or seeking support for anxiety, grief, depression, and other mental health concerns.
